COVID19 Safety Requirements

Our coworking spaces reopen to new memberships on Monday, May 11. We are following the Governor's Tennessee Pledge guidelines.


We have provided supplies(sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, etc.) and made every attempt to provide proper social distancing for our workspaces.


Please remember: a little caution and common sense are always the best course of action.

We will require the following safety procedures until further notice:

By using the space you are agreeing that your answer is NO to the following basic screening questions:

  • Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

  • Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?

  • Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?

  • Have you had new loss of taste or smell?

  • Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?

  • Have you checked your temperature and it your temperature less than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit? (We have no-touch thermometers at each location.)

  • All members will be required to wear cloth masks until they are in their designated work station. This is in accordance with CDC recommendations.

(We have a limited supply of disposable masks available on site. You do not need need to wear your mask the entire time. Masks may be removed white you are in private offices or maintaining  6' of separation at your workstation. Please wear your mask when moving about the space or when you know that you will be within 6' of others.

Wearing a mask is about protecting others. Be considerate of others.


  • All members will need to check their temperature daily and to answer the CDC recommended health questions.

  • All members will need to wash or sanitize their hands upon entering the building. Soap and hand sanitizer will be readily available in our spaces.

  • Please, wipe down workstations and communal areas after use. This includes kitchen surfaces, printer buttons, and any other surfaces others may touch. Lysol wipes will be provided to our members. We have wipes and gloves for cleaning at each location.

  • Only workspaces marked for use can be used. If a space does not have a sign, please, do not use it as a work area. Spaces are designated to ensure a safe working distance between our members.

  • Meetings in the conference rooms are limited to 8 or fewer people.

  • Visitors are permitted, but please keep visitors to a minimum

  • Please, do not visit with other members in their coworking spaces. If you wish to speak with another member, do so via digital means or by keeping at least 6 feet away.
