Director of Operations
Tiffany Anton moved to Cookeville in 2013 while 7 months pregnant with her now 3 year old. She was a former high school teacher turned stay at home mom. She quickly decided that she has a heart for volunteering and got involved with children's projects throughout the Upper Cumberland including Heart of the City playground and the Cookeville Children's Museum. Through her volunteer efforts, she was hired on as Director of Marketing at the children's museum and eventually became connected with The Biz Foundry. She started as the marketing manager in 2017 and helped to release our first magazine, Start Here. She works to help area entrepreneurs make connections through workshops, happy hours and business courses. She works with other entrepreneur centers across the state to help grow the overall ecosystem in this region.

Copy Editor and Content Writer
Ashley goes by many names at The Biz Foundry: Writer. Editor. Organizer. Therapist. She’s a mom of three kids and a rescue dog, but whatever free time she can spare, she lends to The Biz Foundry. Ashley is originally from Northern Virginia, got her undergraduate degree in English with an emphasis in technical and scientific communication at James Madison University, then switched gears, got a masters degree in counseling, and became a Licensed Professional Counselor. Ashley worked as a therapist for several years. Then she realized that therapizing people is emotionally exhausting, threw up her hands, and turned her focus back to freelancing as a writer, editor, and designer. Ashley has worked with award-winning regional magazines, published authors, small businesses, and government corporations. She came to The Biz Foundry in 2017 to create, design, and write the content for our Start Here Magazine, and has since done all sorts of things with us, from writing blogs to coordinating Made Here Market. And sometimes we even get a little bit of free personal therapy.
